What you’ll need
- Your Driver’s License, Passport, Military ID, or State ID number
- Your U.S. Social Security Number
- Your U.S. Citizenship or Resident Alien Status (If you are not a U.S. Citizen you will need to complete IRS Form W8BEN)
- Your external account information if you are funding your new Taleris account(s) from another financial institution
Who can join
Anyone who lives, works, worships or attends school in Cuyahoga, Medina, Lake, Lorain, Ashtabula, Geauga, Ashland, Wayne, Stark, Columbiana, Mahoning, Trumbull, Portage or Summit counties can join. There are other ways to join as well, like being a family member of an existent member, or a member of an association, or an employee of one of our corporate partners.
