At Taleris Credit Union, the health and well-being of our members, staff, volunteers and communities are among our top priorities. Given the evolving concerns around COVID-19 and to help support community health management efforts, we have decided to temporarily close the lobby at our Seven Hills Service Center beginning Tuesday, March 17th
We encourage members to utilize the drive-thru and ATM services at the Seven Hills Service Center, as well as our 24/7 Online Banking services, our 24/7 Mobile Banking application, and our 24/7 Audio Access service. Members can also contact our Member Service Representatives by phone at 216.739.2300 during normal business hours.
Effective Tuesday, March 17th:
- The lobby at our Seven Hills Service Center will be CLOSED to the public.
- The drive-thru facilities at the Seven Hills Service Center will be OPEN normal drive-thru hours.
- Loan specialists and Member Service Representatives will be available by phone to answer any questions and to service your credit union account related needs.
- All Online Member Account Services and ATMs will remain fully operational.
