Taleris Credit Union, Inc.. (TCU), is a member-owned financial institution and is run by a Board of Directors you elect. You can be confident that your financial privacy is a top priority of Taleris Credit Union, Inc.. We are required by law to give you this Privacy Notice to explain how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal financial information. Taleris Credit Union, Inc.. (TCU) collects nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:
- Information we receive from you on applications and other forms;
- Information about your transactions with us or others; and
- Information we receive from a consumer-reporting agency.
TCU is committed to providing you with competitive products and services to meet your financial needs. We will share information we have, to administer the products and services we provide you, when we are required to do so by government regulation or rule of law or when we partner with other businesses to offer you a larger array of products and services. In order to do so, we have entered into agreements with other companies that provide either services to us or additional financial products for you to consider. TCU’s Board of Directors has approved each of these companies and the related agreements.
We partner only with businesses that follow strict confidentiality guidelines. Under no circumstances will we sell information to telemarketing firms.
TCU Information Disclosure Practices
We may disclose all of the information we collect from various sources that include electronic, as described above, under the section entitled “Information We Collect About You” to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements. Please remember, that by law, you do not have the right to opt out of the disclosure of information to these companies.
We may disclose all of the financial information we collect about you under other circumstances as permitted or required by law. These disclosures typically include information to process transactions on your behalf, conduct the operations of TCU, follow your instructions, or protect the security of our financial records.
We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our members or former members to anyone, except as permitted by law.

Taleris Credit Union, Inc.. restricts access to nonpublic information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.
